If there’s one fashion topic I remember arguing about with my mother when I was growing up, it’s when boots are and aren’t acceptable. (13-year-old me begged to wear tall boots to a family member’s wedding, but luckily, Mom won that argument, and I wore strappy dress shoes instead. Thank God.)
Still though, for as long as I could remember, I’ve been a huge boot enthusiast—and that’ll probably continue until the day I die. In fact, whoever is reading this, please make sure I’m buried in whatever type of boots are in style that season.
